Management is very unprofessional. Elizabeth is extremely rude and unprofessional. Ivan is also very unprofessional and does not stick to his word and what he says he’s gonna do. Very poor communication and lack of meeting residents needs. I had several maintenance requests which they neglected for two years. They did not complete work until it was time for me to move out. This has been a complaint of many tenants. They love to refuse to renew leases. In the process of renovating they kicked some people out at the end of their leases so they could update the unit, without the option of moving to a renovated unit to compensate residents. No matter if you pay your rent early or on time they do not do their due diligence. All in all, I would advise there are much better apartments you can go

DO NOT MOVE HERE… you will pay full priced rent for housing authority standards. The management is RUDE. They don’t repair things unless it is an emergency that affects other units. The trash compactor is always overflowing. I was racially profiled on more than one occasion and management will harass you. They lied and said I had a smoke complaint during a fire alarm, then when I stated my intention to obtain the report- the story changed to a fireman said this to another tenant, but I was the first to evacuate and not one person outside spoke English. If you don’t have any option- I understand but don’t move here unless you must. It’s been a horrific experience. This review is not about the actual units or management but one employee in the leasing office named Victoria. She went above and beyond with helping me and my friend who’s the resident there with an issue. Her commitment, empathy, and compassion is something that should be idolized.

This place is run by illiterate bullies. Every day there were new and misspelled threats posted on our doors or in the hallways. I also felt racially profiled like another reviewer stated but I can’t prove it. Just the way it felt. I was disabled when I moved in and asked the front desk (at the time) if handicap parking was available near my building. The next day they put a handicap spot in front of my building. I let the staff know I was parking in back and they moved the handicap spot to the back of the building just for me. About 18 months later though they (new office staff) towed my car for being in the handicapped spot because I had forgotten to hang my placard on my rear view mirror. It was in my glove box. The towing company said it was a “good tow” and said I owed $250 to get my

The property manager is refusing to take meetings with me or my family after they chose not to renew our lease without giving us a specified reason. We never pay rent late and I have stellar credit, we've been living here for 10 years and have been good tenants. Despite doing everything right, they obviously dont care about people's livelihoods. I am pretty sure the reason behind not renewing people's leases has to do with their failed attempts at gentrification. The application process was already rigorous enough, compounded with their lack of empathy and reciprocity with tenants makes this a place NOT worth anyone's time.
