This place is for the disabled and the elderly. You see young and old here but security is tight now. Yes bad things still happen but security is the face now so they should act better. The studios are as big as a budget motel room only the ones with outside access from their door have large bathrooms everyone else whose door has hallaay access has smaller bathrooms. You can definitely tell it used to be a hotel. Wish the bar was still open.

The apartment provides those that need a wonderfully clean and friendly environment for those seniors that need special attention. After living here for more than a year, I can say that the management is very cooperative and friendly when I address any concerns or needs. Like any other apartment complex there are problems, but what I have witnessed in the year I have been here, management is making a concerted effort to address and fix many of the existing problems. I have notices that security has increased substantially making the apartments a safe and healthy place to live. Currently management has been working diligently in making the appearance of the complex more inviting by manicuring the grass and shrub around the complex, painting areas that have been in need of painting and other
