Putting this out there as a PSA coming from a previous tenant and advocating for fed up tenants. This is not a defamation! This is what's going on as of late since this post. If there is an option for negative stars, I would give it full negative stars and beyond under my review. This place is a sellout. It got sold with issues they're not repairing nor disclosing to the new and current tenants. There are walls cracking from the ceiling because of the foundation sinking from the busted water pipe and sink hole that's been there since August of 2025 and there hasn't been little to no progress of fixing it. It also skyrocketed our water bill as well as other tenants' that Alden claimed they weren't responsible for. A city inspector came out and told us the open sinkhole is a biohazard as it

Vampy was the absolute best! She was the sweetest made us so comfortable and showed us all the options we were looking for! Definitely book your tour with her answered all of our questions!

This place had promise until I got here. Now, it's a sellout, not disclosing issues to new tenants, not fixing problems at all! Like a sinkhole in building 1 that has been there since August of 2025 with little to no progress. Ive noticed bad comments getting deleted or covered up. If that's not sketchy, I dont know what is. Beware! Do not move here!

I absolutely loved living at Alden! It was a great experience for me. My apartment was clean & quiet. As a single woman I felt safe living there alone & even walking the grounds in the evening. Anna the manager was always so helpful to me. Her & Kaileen both were a delight to work with. They were knowledgeable & reasonable. Thank you Alden for letting me call that spot home when I needed it.

I moved from Miami Fl to Hixson and the experience I had with the administration from the first day was incredible, in just 30 minutes they approved my lease, and they guided me step by step to start living in this city. The location of Alden Apts is unique ... you can walk to the supermarket or the pizzeria, and 5 minutes you will find homedepot banks ... very close to northgate mall The entire administration team is very friendly and easy to deal with. the complete renovation to the apartments, the gym and the pool has been excellent.
