Integra Vistas Apartments

I have been here since August 2025 and I could not be happier. These apartments are immaculate. In addition, my one bedroom has a full size kitchen, laundry room, linen closet, and large walk in closet in the bedroom. And the staff is great. I mostly dealt with Katie Gann who is wonderful. Helpful. Pleasant. And maintenance. I has a problem with my towel rack and sent an email to Katie. Maintenance was here with an hour and a half to fix it. Oh one more thing. A BIG BATHTUB. DEEP. PLENTY OF HOT WATER. I could stay here for the rest of my life and be totally happy.

First impression was amazing after meeting Katie! She is very warm and listens to what you have to say, and trust me I can talk :). We drove around the complex and everyone waved to her and seemed to know her and it was a really good vibe I was feeling. I think as a company you all need to hold on to her! The 1 bedroom she showed me looked like new construction and was built out really nice with the cabinetry, counter tops, and fixtures. It is tucked away in the hills and not visible from any main road and not close to anything else which makes it unique and a great place for walking your dog. Katie told me the complex has community events which I think is great especially for someone like me that is moving across the country and I have no friends or family there. It's hard to meet

Let me preface this by saying I lived in Integra Vistas on the top 4th floor in a 1 bedroom apartment for 2 years before needing to move back home due to personal reasons that were not impacted at all by my experience living in Integra Vistas. Usually when I leave reviews I like to break things down the best that I can so I hope this helps: 1) LEASING OFFICE TEAM - The leasing office team is the most outstanding people I have had a pleasure of meeting and working with to move in and out of my apartment. I have been to many apartments and always have ran into the problem of the leasing office team being dry, not as helpful, or vague with me; this is not the case at all with Integra Vistas. Not only did this apartment bait and switch me on move in day, but they also completely screwed me with move out charges. I signed up for a certain apartment that I thought I was moving into, when I got there they gave me a completely different apartment that wasn't remodeled with wood floors like they had promised. Then on move out day I was charged almost $600 for absurd charges like resurfacing the stove, leaving about 3 bags of trash inside the apartment, and damages on the carpet that were already there when I moved in. The kicker is, they charge you per month for a trash service that comes to your door and picks your trash up multiple times a week. So instead of just putting the trash outside like normal they decided to charge me for it. This place tries to get every dollar out of yo

We love Integra and the atmosphere! My husband and I just renewed our lease and wouldn’t choose any other place to live! We love the community & the mile paved path around the apartment to walk! Any time we put a service request it’s quickly resolved
