Riverstone Apartments

I have lived at Riverstone since it opened. I’ve had a pretty good experience, especially with maintenance every time I need something fixed. They seem very on top of it. I would also say they maintain the property very well. There’s always someone mowing the grass or taking care of bushes the pool area is also kept very clean. I really enjoy using the grill and the TVs on the patio. The valet trash service is also pretty good they pick up very late so you have plenty of time to put out your trash. Overall, I highly recommend living here it’s reasonably priced for being such high-quality living.

Final Update: Nothing improves as time goes on, and as more people fill the buildings, only gets worse. The noise is the biggest issue. Sound (and vibration) travels through the walls and floors like they are paper. I feel every door in the building being opened and let slam day and night (along with stomping people and who knows what else), I'm woke from sleep by neighbors banging things into walls, or shouting at each other, or barking dogs, basically every day. (Havent had a decent night sleep since moving in, and certainly haven't woken up without being frightened awake since, and my cat is basically a nervous wreck). The top floors are INFESTED with spiders, and no matter how many times pest control is out they come back (without screens in the windows, this means theyre inside too).

A little disappointed in our maintenance. There are 2 large wasp or something like that near the second story window facing the street. I let our little dog out there often and constantly look up and see them. I reported this to management and nothing has been done.

Not looking to move quite yet, but I did get to see the one bedroom and lovedddd the apartment. Definitely on my short list, if not number one, when I’m ready to move in the summer!

We moved in about 2 months ago and I can’t speak highly enough about the management and property. The pictures don’t do it justice. The apartments are larger than we viewed in the photos and they are very well kept. Management has been extremely kind and honest with us, Kaitlyn went above and beyond to ensure our move was seamless, my kids and I absolutely love her! Her friendliness and professionalism are what made us choose Riverstone over the other places we were looking at and wow and I glad we did! The apartments are quiet, have security cameras all around the property that are monitored and I love how well the parking lots are lit making us feel very safe, the gym and pool area are stunning and kept clean and well maintained.
