Moving to Tennessee was a huge step for me — my first solo move, to a state where I didn’t know anyone. I was scared, overwhelmed, and navigating everything on my own. From the very beginning, the team here made all the difference. Aaliyah and Jesse at the front desk were consistently communicative, responsive, and genuinely supportive. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire process, which meant more than they probably know. When I arrived after a long 10-hour drive with a full car and no help, I walked into a bare apartment and a high-stress moment. I really enjoy living here at Steeplechase. Their Maintenance Team is very efficient and always do a great job resolving any requests that I put on the portal. I recently also experienced an HVAC issue with their vendor that supplies them and also at same time had a dryer issue. Property Manager Michelle was fantastic and very kind and apologized for the issues that I was experiencing and provided me a credit due to these issues that I was experiencing.

The apartments are a little older but maintained very well. The complex is clean and quiet and parking has never been an issue. Friendly environment along with staff that handle any issues you have quickly. Overall it's been a great place to live.

Michelle has made our move-in process at Steeplechase flawless! Everything from filling out the application and virtual tour to signing our lease and getting our keys. Not only are her and the rest of the staff kind, but they are also great at following up with you and taking the time to answer any questions you may have. I can't say enough good things about Michelle and those working at Steeplechase. She is definitely a top-notch Property Manager!
