Bluff View at Northside

I have been calling Bluff View home now for over five years. I have always enjoyed living at Bluff View. Even though the area is getting a lot busier recently Bluff View is still a very quiet and safe community to live in Hixson. The apartments are well-maintained and spacious. Maintenance is top-notch and prompt with preventative maintenance in mind as well. Having on-site management is great as well if you have any issues. Bluff View is also dog-friendly as well! So, if you like a quiet place in Hixson be sure to check them out. You will be glad you did.

The team members are extremely welcoming and kind. They made our move in experience very smooth. Our home was very well maintained and clean prior to our move in. Interior layouts are nice and spacious with plenty of closet storage and very family friendly. I must mention the community itself is also very well maintained plus the views are 10/10! My wife and I highly recommend, we are looking forward to our continued residence at Bluff view!

I have lived here for several years. It's location is quiet while still being within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The apartments and grounds are well kept. The staff is a pleasure to do business with. The community makes this a nice place to live. I'm proud to call Bluff View at Northside my home.

I have nothing but good things to say about Bluff View. I recently left after four years of living there and can’t think of a single complaint. The management was always on top of things and maintenance was prompt on fixing any issues regarding my apartment. It was a very clean and family oriented facility and would recommend Bluff View to anyone who values that.

Bluff View at Northside has been such a wonderful place to live. The office staff is very responsive and friendly and maintenance has always responded very promptly and fixed any problems asap! The units themselves are very spacious and give a very homey feel!
