Alcott Woodcroft Glen

Really enjoyed living at Woodcroft Glen. Rent seems to be a little higher than some in the area but these townhomes are new and it's a very peaceful little community. Moms Deli across the street has some solid food. Biggest downside are the speed bumps. These things are on another level. If you're looking for a new townhome and a cozy little in between before you buy a house or if you're looking to downsize, this is the place for you.

My experience with Cindy Nagy was extremely disappointing. The move-out process was made unnecessarily difficult, with poor communication and little to no cooperation. Despite leaving the property in good condition, Cindy withheld all of my security deposit and added unjustified fees without providing clear documentation or explanation. When I requested details, the responses were vague and dismissive. It felt like their goal was to keep the deposit, regardless of the actual condition of the unit. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when renting from Cindy Nagy, especially if you expect fairness and transparency at the end of your lease.

Poor experience overall. The landlord was unresponsive throughout the lease and made the move-out process especially difficult. Cindy was the absolute worst, and her manager Pennie Sangston left much to be desired. Despite leaving the unit in good condition, they nickel-and-dimed for every minor detail and delayed communication at every step. Renting here was more stress than it was worth.

I set-up an appointment to view these Townhomes last week. I was very excited about potentially moving to this area. I was told to meet for a showing. The manager never showed up after I mentioned I would be driving from about 45 min away. Total waste of time and very unprofessional. I left messages and even waited 30 minutes. I never leave bad reviews but do not waste your time. From the look of it I am not the only one who has had this problem.

Called all week to schedule a tour, even left a message. No one got back with me. Figured out a way to schedule a tour on the website. Couldn’t find the leasing office and tried to call again for directions, no answer. We finally found it and showed up at the appointment and the lady said that there were no units available. So why even allow appointments to be made for a tour??? We made this trip to look and nothing. Then we heard their phone ringing and no one picked it up - so the phone works. It’s obvious that prospective tenants aren’t a priority. Neither is our time or gas.
