Deer Creek Apartments

I don’t even know where to start with this place, but I would never even considered renting from this company again. Here’s my 100% honest review. Pros: spacious apartments, nice location, and 5 stars for EXCELLENT maintenance 👏 Cons: PAPER THIN CEILINGS & FLOORS!!!! I could hear my neighbors bumping, thumping, slamming doors allllll day! Literally sounds like a bowling alley above my head all the time. Now I’m a night shift worker and my sleep is constantly interrupted! I moved into deer creek apartments in October 2024 and instantly regretted it! ANTS, CENTIPEDES, SPIDERS, & SILVER FISH will be sure to keep you company during your stay. THE NEW & IMPROVED COMPACTER is wayyy TOO small for this whole complex & the tenants get blamed for sitting their trash in front of it, like be for r

We lived at Deer Creek for 7 years and it was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The ladies in the office we always helpful especially Jessica! Maintenance was always quick to fix anything. We never had any issues. We enjoyed our stay!

Thank you to the maintenance guys for keeping our parking lot as clean as possible during this big storm! My car and I appreciate you :)

Lived here for 2 years. Administrator was great and very responsive. Maintenance issues taken care of quickly. Neighbors were great. No complaints!
