Pine Forest Apartments

The staff is great at this apartment and the maintenance guys are always super nice and really good at their jobs. The apartments are clean, the water is clean, and everything works. My only gripe is the laundry room situation since you can only fill the laundry card with money when the office is open and the machines are not very kind on nice clothes. I gave it a 5 star anyway since everything else is so great and rent is pretty reasonable plus being right next to a beautiful park is so nice 😊

I have lived at Pine Forest Apartments for almost 2 years. I have had no problems. They fix anything when called. They have a park that you can walk too. Everyone in the office is awesome. Michelle, Tina, Jeremy , Chris, Ashely, Keith . They are all very helpful and kind and they care.

I have lived here 21 good years but have noticed more improvements getting done in the last few years under Michelle's management benefitting everyone, including myself. Thanks to all the staff and great maintenance workers at Pine Forest. You're all appreciated!

Lived here for a while, very noisy especially in the warmer months. Beware of the park behind the buildings and people who play pickle ball at 5 AM to 10 PM non stop. The parking lot isn’t better either . On top of that the maintenance people aren’t very understanding either, they would leave the bathroom fans ON for MONTHS in empty apartments, and they’re very loud.They do not care about their residents at all.

We had a power outage on Dec. 1st and one of the residents had the oven turned on at the time and forgot to turn off the oven before leaving. When the power came back, the oven turned on. This eventually created intense smoke which someone reported. This could have been a bad situation but our maintenance team, Jeremy & Chris, received an alert and acted quickly. They went through the building yelling to get out and checked the units to make sure they were vacant. I work from home in my office/bedroom and was not aware of the issue until I heard yelling in the hallway. They also entered the unit and were able to get the situation under control before the fire dept. arrived. Jeremy and Chris went above and beyond and they're greatly appreciated.
