Hampton Club

As we have been relocating from Malaysia to Cleveland so I started exploring flats/Condos even before landing in the US. Hampton Club got better ratings and reviews on Google Maps so we decided to start from here. We never thought our search for a flat would end with the very most first flat itself… Our flat got best ventilation… No need to switch ON the lights in the living room during day time. It’s that bright… Deanna, Melissa, Amber are kind and helped to clarify everytime I send email with my set of questions.. They made the whole lease signing process so easy and comfortable. Also helped me with utilities billing as I’m new to the US. They get the repairs fixed in less time… Very professional team. It has also got a car wash spot. Also good decent number of Indians live here. I def

I had the worst experience with this property manager. Deanna is the worst manager I have ever had. She is very unprofessional, rude, and makes fake promises. Because of her behavior, I decided to leave this building. Also, the person replying to these reviews seems fake. When you call the office, they never answer the phone. If they invite you to the office to “solve” the problem, it only becomes more stressful. They are rude and nothing actually gets solved. You will never be able to live in peace in this building. Please be very careful before you sign the contract. She will do everything to make you sign, and after that, she will not treat you fairly.

I had the same experience with Deanna. She is very unprofessional, rude, and does not keep her promises. Upper management really needs to pay attention because they are losing many tenants because of her behavior. Two of my friends’ families and myself are also moving out. The houses may look nice, but it’s impossible to live comfortably when you pay so much for rent, bills, and utilities and still deal with constant stress. Also, please do not reply to my review saying you are “sorry for my experience,” because you are not. You only write that because other people are reading, and you want to look professional. In reality, you never act the way you should and nothing ever changes. Living in this community has become a nightmare.

This neighborhood has a terrible manager, it's a real mess, there's no privacy at all. A neighbor can break into your house and insult you, and the manager turns a blind eye to it because he's known that person for a long time. I don't recommend anyone to rent a house here.

Lived here for one year and I loved it. Clean, newer, apartments with several floor plans. I was in a 2 bed 2 bath vaulted ceiling, balcony, in suite washer/dryer, new appliances/carpet, central air unit. Staff is polite and professional, maintenance is quick and polite. The demographic includes all age groups but mostly younger professionals that I noticed. Pool area is decent and includes access to a gym, a large clubhouse with pool table and study area w/computers accessible by key card only. Quiet area of North Royalton with quick access to highways, malls, supermarkets, banks really everything. Police response is very fast but will pull you over late at night guaranteed. The apartments come w/optional garage space with remote control doors. Car wash area in parking lot. Overall good e
