Traditions at Royalton Place

You will like living here the office staff are very friendly. The maintenance guys work very hard to keep the property maintained if you have any problems. For instance, my washing machine broke within an hour. I had a new washing machine in my unit. Also with the amount of snow we had they were on top of it keeping everything plowed and salted. I highly recommend if you’re wanting to rent to come live here Eugene Claridge 214.

I lived there for almost 3 years. I loved it there. The apartments are lovely. I highly recommend Traditions. Office staff is great and so is maintenance. Lots of parking spaces and lovely entrance lobby. Very high class for the price. Pool and clubhouse are so very nice. Is there anymore to say about this outstanding apartment complex.

This review is long overdue. I toured a few units over a two month period. The women in the office were so kind professional and patient with my questions. I was impressed with the touring process they make it comfortable and it felt like a place you'd like to call home. The residents I crossed paths with were so friendly and welcoming. I ended up moving farther away for personal reasons but I can attest the common area is clean & updated. It felt safe. Maintenance was always out and about. The units are modern and updated properly after a tenant moves out. Not like many places on 82 that are deferred maintenance disasters, filthy overpriced and the high price tag comes with rude ignorant management companies. Cindy and Suzette are exceptional! I was having trouble with my water bill not coming out and Cindy came to my rescue and looked into it for me. She solved it and let me know as soon as she figured it out. This is a worry off my shoulders and I appreciate the help so much! They are always available to help anyone when they need it. To any current or future tenants, don't ever feel like you can't go to them for assistance. They go out of their way with such grace and smiles.

You will not find a better senior community anywhere! These buildings have wonderful space, amenities, and are so clean! Very inviting! The maintenance team does a great job of keeping up with the property as well as responding to resident's work orders in a very timely fashion! I love seeing the ladies in the office! Suzette and Amber are very friendly and are always helpful. They do a great job of making the residents feel at home! I truly believe the reason this community is so great is because of all the hardwork Michelle King has put in! She is the property manager and has done a wonderful job of handpicking her staff. She us the true definition of a leader and that's why all the residents and vendors love her so much! Great job Traditions team!
