Great experience! My husband and I were there to finalize the closing on our home we were selling. We were seen by the Alamo Title representative at the time of the scheduled appointment, absolutely no waiting! We appreciated the 'No Waiting' very much! Prompt, efficient, courteous, while being very informed and knowledgeable about all possible issues and concerns related to the closing. All paperwork was ready and prepared for us to sign, so the process went quickly and smoothly. We would highly recommend the Alamo Title Company in Alvin, Texas.

Re read and make sure all is correct don't know how many errors we caught wanted someone handle it all from start to statement ownership aka finish . they didn't for us they started to but printed wrong county ,notorized signed handed to me to fill out and me to file . being a first time buyer I had no idea what to do and we hired someone help get done and done correct . which is how you get a homestead or any exemptions which we should be getting since 2020

First time I used Alamo to buy my property. Found neighbors utilities ran under my property illegally. Told Alamo and they said that was not their problem. Said they are not responsible for a clouded title. I was very unhappy with how they responded. Second time same neighbor used them to sell his property with no utility easement through my property. I contacted them way before they closed and said you need to tell the new buyer about the illegal easement. They refused to address this after talking to me on the phone. I showed up in person after legal advice. They said they don't have to share burdens with the new buyers only their lenders. They never notified my new neighbor. I will never do business with them again. Buyers beware this Alamo office is not looking out for you.

I’ve had two closings with Alamo title in 5 months . Both closings have been messed up ! Very unprofessional for the cost ! First closing they didn’t pay the property taxes for 3 months and not until I called them after receiving delinquent docs from the tax office . The Second closing they forgot to add realtors fees , then forgot to wire my money or even call to explain why ! Won’t be using them again ! Unprofessional !!

These people are the absolute worst. Find a different title company if you want your transaction to run smoothly.
