Academy Court Apartments

If I could fewer stars I would. Will not answer emails in a timely manner and flat out ignores many emails. Maintenance request is still outstanding from 9 months ago and the first part took 6 months to complete. They do not adhere to lease agreements and fight you on standing up for your renters rights.

From a tenant that regret to lived there for 2 years+, If I could leave a -5 stars, I would. The reason I stayed for more than years, is because the previous property manager was nice(and that is the only nice thing about this place, after I re-leased the apartment, they decided fire her for unknown reason !!! ). The owner and administrator of Madison Development Company is horrible, they always make un-deliverable promise. (Didn't install the thing they promised to install), and they will find every single way to screw you over. (Didn't get my security deposit back because I was written the move out notice on 1st day of May instead of June, I moved out of there by end of June).

To expensive and to many rules not a very nice place lots of mice and toads. The manager complains about every little thing you do. You can not even sit on your balcony with out getting complained at. When something needs fixed in your apartment it takes them forever to do so and then they still do not do it correctly. There are stray cats everywhere because the manager feeds them. You are only allowed to have two cats here many have more and there are supposed to be no dogs allowed but if you play favorites to the landlord she let's you have a dog and then tells other people no dogs allowed when the people who have em walk there dog or let em play on there balcony. I am moving out of here in a week only reason we stayed so long is because there is a year lease.

Nice updated apartments. Parking is hell though.
