I had an extremely poor experience with this property management company. During my time working with Bridget, tenants were placed who later brought roaches into a brand-new apartment. While I understand that tenant behavior isn’t always controllable, I was not notified of this situation until after I canceled our agreement. Additionally, the floor in the rental began heaving due to slab foundation issues. Tenants reported the problem to Bridget, but I was never informed. I only discovered the damages after personally taking back over the units. When I picked up the keys, Bridget was late by over 30 minutes. Not a fan of how this company works. They do not follow the ADA's Reasonable Accommodations when taking over from another management company. They do not follow Ohio Landlord and Tenant laws by giving 24 hrs notice when setting foot onto the property. Be aware if they take over they might try to change your lease in the middle of the one already being honored which is illegal btw. They will hire people to do a job and not make sure they follow through with the entirety of the job.
