Jonathan was personable and knowledgeable about the appraisal process. He showed up to testify at the hearing to get my taxes adjusted. He was cool under some hostile questions. If you need a strong case to help with home values look no further than Legacy appraisals.

Horrible experience. Jonathan told me the appraisals were done but never sent them. Took me almost 3 more weeks to get him to send them to me. Communication was awful. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you enjoy having a headache.

Avoid Legacy Appraisals and Jonathan Underhill like the plague! We ordered a lot appraisal on 12/15/21, then our emails and phone calls were ignored for 27 days. On 1/11/21 Jonathon told us the appraisal would be completed by the next day (1/12/21), we've yet to receive anything and our calls and emails are once again being ignored. We've had to push back our closing dates twice because of this company and their lack of professionalism. You've been warned!

Had to pay throw the nose and it took 3 weeks with us bugging him to get it done!!
