So far it has been great...waiting to experience a new community with new neighbors and having a nice little pond behind the lake is amazing..
***DO NOT BUY A RYAN HOME*** Ill start with that. Siding blows off.... shingles falling off.....squeaking floors on every floor...and more! I made the biggest $500,000 mistake of my life. The house is a year and a half old and out of warranty, so Ryan homes tell me sorry about your luck. I should have know it was garbage when the contractors are riding bicycles to the job site and drinking beers on the neighbors roof! Garbage!! And I'll end with this. You will regret it. ***DO NOT BUY A RYAN HOME***
