Hampshire Apartments

I just moved out of these apartments after 3 years. The management and maintenance does not take care of their properties. I had called several times for maintenance but they did not take it seriously. My apartment had mold growing and the maintenance man re-stuck the wallpaper to the wall and said the problem was fixed. I’ve been out of there for almost a week now. No contact from the mgmt and i haven’t gotten my security deposit back. I cleaned the house thoroughly and left it better than when I moved in. Sad company, dishonest employees and subpar properties that they do not care about. Seems like they only care about their paycheck. Would not recommend anyone to live here

I've been at Hampshire one for 4 years now started in one bedroom that was very nice! I transferred to a beautiful 2 bedroom that's absolutely gorgeous and quite! Management (Regina) is super friendly and always there for you're needs she also greets me with a smile when I enter office! Very quite and friendly place to live like family here.. Maintance is also on time friendly gets the job done.. Thank you Hampshire for letting us be apart of community..

TRIED TO GET INFORMATION FROM MANAGER REGINA AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. I LIVED IN THESE APARTMENTS FOR 3 YEARS BACK IN THE EARLY 200'S WHEN HAROLD WAS THE LANDLORD AND I LOVED IT THERE BUT OBVIOUSLY NEW MANAGMENT IS RUINING THIS PLACE. I WAS A GREAT TENANT AND YOU MISSED OUT ON EASY RENT AND APPROVAL. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB QUIT.

Property owner was rude over the phone and snapped at me in person as soon as I walked through the door for the tour. The apartment was subpar itself. Yellow carpet and outdated counters/appliances

Their nice just kinda outdated, would be nice if bookshelves were painted white and no more wallpaper. But other than that a nice place to live!
