Beautiful community!! Yes it’s the price of $260,000 house but you can’t beat it! They take care of the maintenance, yard, plowing & trash! No HOAs! Pet friendly! Beautiful sunset views! I want to sell my house and come back!
Our friends live here, such a cute neighborhood, their bathrooms r so nice n big!!! Attached garage. The landlord won't fix their garage door, though, which was broken before they moved in. Said that they can pay to replace it if they want to (our friends' expense...).
Nice apartments. A family friend has lived there since they were built. Wish they'd give a break on rent increases once and a while. I know they're in the business to make money but a lot of the renters are retired and on budgets
Really nice and beautiful spacious homes. A little pricey though. You could purchase a house for this price but hey, to each it's own. The garbage area is not wheelchair accessible.
Very nice place to live been hear going on 10 years now from a old disabled veteran 👍👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙏🙏🙏
