Water's Edge Apartments

Did not want to give even 1 star. First the guy doesn't show up. Still never met him. Got an application from a guy that worked there. Then the guy that never showed up tells me he can't rent to me. Doesn't tell me why and when asked why, he totally ignored me. Very unprofessional and lazy. Saved me at least a year of dealing with a slumlord.

The landlord is careless. I have been assaulted om his property and there are constant drug deals. My car has gotten broken into and he says it's not his responsibility. He won't fix things I have broken my leg, ankle and foot on his property cause he refuses to better this property. There are people that will follow children around, alot of bullying and crime here. Constant overdose but he keeps a shelter for those people. If you have kids I would not consider this place and also suggest you must carry when living here.

I’ve been here 4years and it’s decent for the price your home is how you make it stay away from trouble and it will stay away from you landlord is good people all it takes is communication!! I love my apartment

Went to help our son move his girlfriend. Not impressed with the looks on the outside didn't go in. The place needs alot of work it's falling apart

After not choosing these apartments as a place to live, the manager was very rude and texted me very nasty things. Not to mention all the weed smell in every building.
