Maintenance requests are reported, addressed, and then ignored. This is not the fault of maintenance. He is only one man expected to fix everything that goes wrong with multiple properties that are poorly managed.

I came to visit a family member over the holidays my stay was for 8 days & upon arriving I was met by other tenants for the Grand Inquisition ....of why I was here, who I was here for, moving in or out,etc- now I hadn't even seen my family member yet! Very odd/rude. So upon entering I notice the many cameras and thought nothing of it -most places have them for security! Now this is a no smoking building and pets are allowed to visit for $300 a pet no matter how long you stay!! I later learn those security cameras they have someone to watch you all the time, literally. For me it was wonderful seeing my family and scary horrible being monitored I felt an asylum vibe!! Ask me how do I know my family member was getting calls everyday!! 8 days of wondering if I was moving in no just visiting, w

Let me just say that Beth is an amazing manager and human. She truly cares about her occupants and goes above and beyond. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. I’ve been here for 3 leases and it has been a pleasure .

Good luck getting in contact with them. Spent literally 4 months trying while in desperate need of housing just to finally be told they don't have any availability despite listing some on their website.

This place is awesome! Gwen - the manager is great, and always helpful to my every need. Beautiful place to live and a great neighborhood.
