Although I wish I could give both Shannon and Jay their own 5 stars. I will work with writing a good review for them both. I had a lot of issues with one room but both employees were abled to assist and help me get situated. I haven’t been able to enjoy what the complex has to offer yet but so far it’s great. Thanks you both for the help and having the patience with putting up with my issues.

I had an excellent experience working with Shannon. From the very beginning, he was extremely professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to help me. He made sure I had everything I needed, explained every step clearly, and always had solutions ready. What really stood out to me was his attitude and commitment — even after everything was signed, he continued to be available and responsive for any questions or concerns I had. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and genuinely willing to help. Highly recommended. Shannon truly sets the standard for great service.

I moved here recently and had some issues with my internet. Although it took about 3 weeks for the issues to be solved, management took great ownership in the issue. Things are generally repaired quickly and the office staff is very nice. There are a couple of issues like one of the garage doors don’t work in my building and there are some carpet stains throughout one of the hallways but the apartments themselves are nice with in unit washers and dryers and central air conditioning which is a huge plus for apartments. Management also personally seeks out advice from tenants which goes a long way in feeling heard.

this apartment complex suck. Many tenants are ready for their leases to be up and LEAVE. My apartment building elevator has been out since MAY 2025 mind you we moved in in April 2025. Management sucks. ( building 500 ) There’s better places out there definitely recommend looking more, especially with the cost of rent.

UPDATE August 10: There was a shooting here. When I said there are safety issues, I wasn’t joking. Sadly, I’m not surprised given the way things were going there. I just moved, thank goodness. Although I like my apartment, the complex is lacking in maintenance, cleanliness and safety (safety has gotten worse over the past year). I included a photo below of hallway lights that have been out for months. You can see how dark it is. The front lobby door has not worked in almost a year. The maintenance staff has no idea when it might be fixed and they said it is not the only door not working. The elevator is currently not working (again). I tried to call the office, but no one answers the phone. Although this is a “non-smoking” complex, there are cigarette butts everywhere in the grass. It’s
