Enjoyed working with Andrew Edwards and Matt Mixon at 323 Properties to have my custom home built. They always listened to my house plan ideas and came up with several great ideas themselves, so the finished home is just want I dreamed about. Andrew and Matt helped by ordering things like appliances and windows early to have them ready when needed. They even found someone to build me my desired custom front door from a picture. Even though I hope to never have to move, if I had another house built , I would use 323 Properties again.
