From the moment we broke ground on our one acre lake lot. Zelman, James Holmes exceeded our expectations. We chose to build the waoka with a full basement and they're on your lot. Expertise made the process feel effortless and what we appreciated most was the integrity of the team. The pricing was competitive and most importantly, transparent, we never felt nickeled and dimed, saying the owners take a personal interest in our project gave us total complex. In the craftsmanship, our supervisor was also a rock star, handling the inevitable builds questions with ease and professionalism. Even the post closing warranty work was handled with the same care as the initial bill. We couldn't be more happier with our beautiful new home.

Zeilman James built a custom Farmhouse for us from scratch. We provided a picture of the exterior we wanted and the floor plan and they ran with it. They were so easy to work with and the experience was great. We would highly recommend using this builder!

From our first interaction with Danette to provide us some basic information to now almost having our home built has been nothing short of a great experience. She has guided us through many unforeseen challenges within the process of building our home. Not once was she pushy or "salesly". She makes the process easy and always provided guidance and direction when needed. Mary Gerken as also been an absolute rock through this process. She has always been very responsive and helpful with collecting and applying for all permits needed. I couldnt ask for a better team to have for this build. Building a home is not easy, ZJ Homes makes it easy.
