Pebble Brooke Apartments

This place is so beautiful. I came to tour this place and they had snack bags for the kids and the fire department was playing with the children. It’s a nice family oriented and the staff they all were new but very kind and friendly. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a 2/3bedroom home that has the right mix of nature and love.

Please note that several of the most recent reviews appear to have been posted consecutively, which may suggest a coordinated effort by management to influence public perception. Unfortunately, my experience with the current management team and agents has been disappointing, as they have demonstrated a lack of professionalism and responsiveness. The property owners (Van Rooy) seem primarily focused on financial gain rather than the well-being of their tenants. Overall, I would advise prospective tenants to carefully consider alternative options managed by teams that prioritize respect, communication, and proper tenant support.

Just u stopped in for a tour. The staff was nice and friendly. It was a nice vibe in the office, you could see deer. The pool looked relaxing.

Horrible. Care nothing about tenants. Some have no heat right now 40 degrees outside. Maintenance says they don't work on furnaces. Great remodel. Trade your heat for some plank flooring and new appliances.

I’ve lived here for seven years, during which I’ve seen three different owners or management companies come and go. Throughout it all, the complex has been run as well as any good apartment community can be. Naturally, you’ll find kids and pets around, but that’s just part of everyday life. What really matters is that in all my time here, I’ve never once witnessed a crime, which speaks volumes about the place. As long as you pay your rent on time, respect the property, and avoid bringing in people who break the rules, you’ll find this community is about as good as apartment living gets. The new property managers in particular are excellent—dedicated, reliable, and clearly invested in making the complex even better.
