1st Bancorp Mortgage

Howie Coleman of 1st Bancorp was essential in the purchase of my first home. He was recommended to me through a friend when I started the process of Credit repair. Howie COACHED me on repairing my credit, and how to get to where I needed to be to become a homeowner, and then proceeded to stay in touch with me for 5 YEARS!!! When I was finally ready Howie walked me through every step and helped me purchase a home that was being sold by the owner. He helped myself and the owner navigate the entire process without a real estate agent. I cannot say enough wonderful things. This is a guy who cares about his clients. 1st Bancorp is awesome. They got us the house but I won't ever deal with Kharon again for an agent and neither will my son. She was snide pushy and grumpy with us. Id hoped she had changed by the time my son bought a house but nope..she was WORSE.
