Redwood Milford

We moved in 2 days ago and so far our experience with Redwood Milford had been fantastic. The leasing manager, Kim, was awesome at communicating regarding the availability of the specific floor plan we wanted, which we were on the wait list for. Charlie in maintenance has already helped fix some minor issues. The rent is a little high, but you are paying for "condo" like living and our apartment is huge (1300 square feet, Willowood floor plan). We also have a 2 car garage and the community is very private/quiet. We are still working on making the apartment feel like home, but I have a feeling we are going to love living at Redwood Milford.

Two cars garage, lovely community and neighborhood, beautiful landscape, quiet, safe. Kim is very responsible as the manager. Great place to live!

Maintenance responded with in 24 hrs of my online request. He is kind and helpful and efficient and also helped me change the battery in a clock hung out of my reach.

The leasing lady was very nice. We really liked the apartment.

We had an overall really good experience here. Kim was great! She was very transparent on what to expect and when we needed maintenance Charlie was prompt and very nice. I wish we had a little more living space for the price but loved the two car garage and ranch style living.
