Davis Square Apartments

This place is perfect for a simple little area. Management and maintenance have always been kind and on the ball. I enjoyed being close to the old Milford part where I could walk to the little shops. I had to move for business reason, but if I get the chance to move back to Milford these apartments will be on my list.

This place is awesome. The maintenance man came within 8 hrs to fix what broke a few time s. Never a problem. He was very polite and considerate Besides it's 2 bed and 2 full bath washer an dryer hookup. It's a step up from Milcroft!! It's about the same price ! You get more here if you don't want the nasty pool that your neighbor Hood kids pee in

I am so excited to be part of the Davis Square apartment complex (moving in late November/December). My son and I can't wait. My son and I have been looking for the perfect place in Milford to live and Davis Square has all the amenities we have been looking for. After renting apartments/houses for years I have to say this small complex is just perfect! Centrally located in the heart of Milford, walking distance to many shops and resturants, secured entrance ways (love knowing that we will be safe), the grounds are clean, right on bus line and the staff is so sweet. Mary is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure my application process went smooth and easy. From looking at the apartments to getting things fixed is always fast, easy, efficient and the rent is reasonable. No complaints, love it here.

One of the worst places to rent. The cost is ridiculous, Management does nothing when you call. The front doors to get in the hall have locks that management refuse to fix it for the last 7 months. The building smells like weed at all hours and management refuses to enforce their lease.
