Reserve at Grand Valley

On the outside this place looks amazing and beautiful….. but looks are definitely deceiving. First of all we all know apartment living noise but here not one person has respect for other the noise is outrageous and the dogs bark all day and night and kids will be kids but here they have nothing for kids so they are super loud too also u end up paying more for rent then they show on apt rentals….. you can pay up to 1500 for the most crap services ever!!!! Think long and hard before applying….

I have tried to view this complex with a set appointment and the link they provided to enter the unit, does not work. I have sent several emails and texts and still no communication other than someone will be in touch thru a robo text. If this is how they operate for a potential resident, I wonder how difficult it is to get a response when you have an issue with the building.

Ever since the new management came in it's been hell from what I hear, people who are in their 80s having their rent jacked up so high they can barely live, insane processing fees and mismanagement. GLAD I don't live here any more and you shouldn't either

Didn't even plow the parking lot, Old ladies digging out cars with dustpans, while management is sitting at home counting money. DISGUSTING and SHAMEFUL 1500 a month for Ice on the INSDIE of your windows and dog piss in the halls.

my boyfriend and i lived here with our newborn son. everything was amazing, Andrea was super helpful during the move in process. The maintenance here is also amazing. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and are super professional and don’t leave a giant mess behind them like some maintenance teams do. i cannot recommend this community enough, our year here was amazing.
