Very disappointed with this company. After we agreed on a budget and signed a contract agreement, Dean doubled the budget. I complained and he bailed. My Reply to Zamkro on 10/30/25: Not true when Zamkro stated “ he remained firm”. There were no further negotiations. Would have been nice.
Dean Kroll,owner of Zamkro Development is the consummate professional. We have started our new home and has delivered everything he has stated and promised. He is transparent on everything we’ve discussed regarding quality material and his personal services. Zamkro is on the job site each day to make sure things are running smoothly and according to plan.I know that I will highly recommend Zamkro to anyone looking to build a quality custom home . My wife and I are elated to have found as our builder. I will post pictures on Facebook as we progress on our dream home in East Aurora NY.
