Regency Court Apartments

I lived in these apartments off and on for around 5 years in total. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff over there. Brandi in the office was always super helpful and kind. Jim on the Maintenance Team was very responsive and willing to help. The apartments themselves are very spacious and in a great neighborhood. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

I moved in three months ago, and my experience has been very good. I rented the apartment sight unseen, and it lived up to my expectations. It has a nice kitchen and good closet space. The building is clean and the grounds are well maintained. It's been surprisingly quiet. I can hear neighbors walking around upstairs but not much else from other apartments. Everyone has been friendly. Brandi and Julie were patient and helpful during the application process. Maintenance has been efficient and nice. Great location. I'm happy here.

As a current resident of Regency Court for almost a year, me and my fiancé’s experience here has been a very enjoyable one! The complex is very well kept, maintenance is always quick to respond to any issue, and when it came to the snow in the winter they were always quick to clear the parking lots. The apartments are very spacious, with modern appliances, great air conditioning and heat as well as looking great (we love exposed brick in the kitchen!) Can’t wait for the warm weather to spend more time on the patio and then time at the pool! The location of the complex as well is very convenient with so many options for food, grocery shopping and a short drive to downtown Buffalo. I love living here!! My boyfriend and I finally decided to get our own apartment back in August and I am so thankful to have found this one. The walls and ceilings are sound proof (won’t hear your upstairs neighbors walking or talking/yelling), it is well-built, and even for a garden floor apartment we rarely see bugs and never have any dampness! There’s even a dining room that fits a good sized table and even a large China cabinet. Comes with a nice stove, microwave and a strong dishwasher. The A/C unit and heating system has never failed us. Living room is large enough to fit 2 large couches or a large sectional and still have plenty of room. We have learned here almost a year and we just renewed our lease. Everyone is so nice and polite. The women in the rental office are the bomb!! The building we live in our neighbors are like family. We look out for each other. First time in my life living in apartment building if I had to do it again we would choose Regency Court Apartments again.
