Orchard Grove Apartments

Leasing Agent, Andrew Hilfiker, was very professional and easy to work with as we discussed a move to Orchard Grove. The town home was spotless, with beautifully updated finishes, as well as spacious and comfortable! He answered any questions we posed with ease. Additionally, he was responsive whenever we required more information. The community center & grounds are well maintained and updated. He made this decision to move to Orchard Grove seamless!

Property manager, Brian Smith, was very professional and easy to work with planning our move to Orchard Grove. He provided a tour of the community center and apartment, He answered any questions we posed and was responsive whenever we called for more information. When we moved into the apartment, we were impressed with how clean and new it appeared . We have also been impressed with the maintenance service provided by Randy. He responds in a timely manner and follows up quickly on open items. In addition, the community center & grounds are well maintained. We are pleased with our decision to live at Orchard Grove!

First let me say the snow removal is amazing. However the noise from upstairs tenants is unbelievable. Additionally there is absolutely nothing done about it. If you ask to relocate to a different unit because it’s unbearable there is a $1500 transfer fee that is assessed after your lease is over. Listening to people run and bang above your head for hours on end is apparently something the downstairs tenants just have to deal with even tho it is beyond excessive. My entire experience here with the noise has been awful. When I came to look at the apartment the woman stressed how quiet it is here …. Not the case at all. For 10 months it’s gotten worse and worse and nothing has been done.

Highly recommend! Wonderful community to be a part of - everyone is extremely friendly, pets too! Location is very convenient to shopping and thruway, yet quiet and peaceful. The Orchard Grove complex amenities are top notch. Love my townhouse - you will not regret leasing here!

Unfortunately I have to give Orchard Grove only 2 stars after a year of living here. If it wasn't so hard to find apartments that accept large dogs, I would not have spent this much in rent over the past year. I do not like how they come to violate your dogs by swapping their mouths when you first move in. They do this so they can test pet waste that isn't picked up on the grounds in hopes of charging someone a fee of $250. The leasing staff isn't the friendliest in my opinion, and I haven't had the best experiences dealing with the manager. For a place that nickle and dimes tenants in move out fees at the end, the place itself wasn't even built right. The floor in our unit was uneven, the doors didn't shut all the way, and appliances are cheap. Not to mention the parking situation is a jo
