I hired Michael to perform our 11 month home warranty inspection. Thankfully we had no major issues, but he did offer actionable advice on areas in and outside of the home that otherwise we would not have noticed. He was professional and thorough with his inspection and provided us with a comprehensive report including photos.

Michael was excellent dueing our home inspection. He took a lot of time to tell us what he was looking for and why it was important. There is so much to consider when buying a home! It's just not the mortgage that needs to be affordable but also the age of costly things for replacement and repair. Home ownership is like a marriage, you need to know what 5, 10 or 20 years down the line looks like. Michael did a great job of explaining what we needed to be aware of. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Greatest home inspection company that I've ever used. Michael's attention to detail, professionalism and experience provided me the opportunity to learn more about my home. He explained the radon testing process and put me at ease after learning that we didn't have high radon levels. The electrical system was very confusing to me but he was able to show why there's areas of concern. And he walked the roof.
