Village Center Apartments

Very nice apartments ! Up to date and roomy. If there is a problem they they deal with it quickly. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. The manager is sharp and knows the business well.

I’ll start but saying the staff is great and very attentive but the sad fact is these apartments are just extremely outdated. I swear something broke every other week and while the maintenance team was very responsive and would rectify the issue in a day or two, I just simply could not justify resigning my lease here. You can hear every step the tenant above you makes in their unit since the floors creek like crazy and I could even hear when my neighbor tenant was taking a shower. These apartments just need a major renovation. It’s in a very safe and walkable location since it’s in the village of Orchard Park, but that’s about it. Buffalo winters are no joke and the parking lots at Village Center barely ever got plowed so be prepared to DIG your car out every time it snows. Like I said be

Charlene the office manager is probably the nicest person we have ever met. She has made the moving process extremely easy and enjoyable, and has already made us feel at home here having just moved in a few days ago. Our apartment is clean and perfect for our family.

My experience with Charlene, Tracy, and the team has been unbelievably friendly, welcoming, responsive and enjoyable. The apartment is excellent, I feel completely at home. Thank you!

Recently moved in over the weekend and had a few issues in my bathroom that needed fixed, maintenance staff were able to address them right away and resolve the issues for me! Awesome
