Armor Heights Apartments

I've been a resident at Armor Heights Apartments for 12 years and if I could give a 10 star rating I definitely would. I can't imagine living anywhere else. My apartment is perfect! Great location with wonderful neighbors in a clean, quiet building. Plenty of green space that's immaculately maintained. Kelsey and Andrew, along with all of the other staff, are awesome. If there is anything in need of repair/replacing it's taken care of that day. I've never had to wait for maintenance to take care of anything. They're on top of their game. The parking lots are plowed and sidewalks are shoveled and staff even help dig cars out of the snow. Great group of people to work with. Rental rates are very comperable to other areas for the same square footage. I would highly recommend renting here. Wor

This is the first apartment I have had as a home. It is perfect for me. Kelsey met with me and I told her what I wanted and she found the perfect apartment for me. Most importantly, it is located on the first floor, parking is right out the door, and the laundry room is ten feet away! There were a few maintenance issues when I first moved in and Andrew had things taken care of right away. The grounds are always cared for and snow removal and salting the walk ways are always good. When friends ask me how the area looks I tell them it looks like a sub development of well maintained apartment houses. I am so happy that I made Armor Heights my new home.

Friendly neighbors and quiet environment. The staff is always willing to help and quickly respond to requests for fixes in the apartment! Beautiful landscape with lots of trees surrounding the living areas. Easy to get around to shops, restaurants, and parks nearby. Thank you AH we love our stay here.

Armor Heights is a fantastic place to live! My husband, our cat and I are new to the complex, but it already feels like home. :) Maintenance concerns are promptly addressed, and it’s a friendly and safe environment for newlyweds (and their pets). We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

Armor Heights was my first time living alone with my partner, and it was amazing. They are extremely helpful and answer emails within a few hours. There are some great features like a pool and tennis court! Kelsey and the maintenance staff work very hard to make sure everything is perfect, any time there was an issue (which was very little) maintenance was there either that day or the next day to help. The snow removal was amazing! And the community is very safe. We loved our experience here!
