The Hammocks at Orchard Park

I lived at the Hammocks in Orchard Park for three years and had a very positive experience. The property is well maintained, quiet, and feels like a safe retreat while still offering convenient access to main roads and the Buffalo area. The apartments themselves are kept in excellent condition, with interiors updated and refreshed before new residents move in. The clubhouse, gym, and pool are great amenities, and I always found the staff to be friendly, approachable, and quick to resolve any maintenance requests. Special thanks to the property manager, Gina McCreary, and her team for their attention to detail and dedication to residents. Love the Hammocks at Orchard Park! a beautiful, well run community that is close to everything including the Buffalo Bills stadium! Apartments are well designed, and you will fall in love with the management team - they treat you like family and make sure that you'll enjoy living there. Pet friendly in a beautiful, wooded environment - be sure and ask about their furnished apartments - a great value!

Although we’ve only lived in the hammocks for about 2 months, we couldn’t be happier here. After owning for 16 years we were worried about the transition but Gina, Bee and the staff here have made it a great experience. Our place is spacious and well maintained. The noise from neighbors is minimal and the grounds are well kept and very neighborhood like. We love the hammocks!!

Update- never heard anything in regards to missing security deposit. Heard through past residents (who also had issues with mgmt) that the previous mgr may have been mismanaging money to their benefit) Thought this was a resort style complex at first. We loved the first month, then it quickly went downhill. I must blame management. Our inconsiderate neighbor smoked pot (before it was legal) daily and our apartment stunk. I am allergic and suffered migraine type headaches and nausea daily- no help from management. Neighbor across the street actually shot off guns- nothing was done. The owner started “in house” lawn care. We had to hear a lawn mower EVERY SINGLE DAY!! He (managers “son-in law”) would park in a garage, (I heard the manager had 7 that she shared with family- yet none were avai

We are in our 80s and love The Hammocks! The office staff are very patient and accommodating. Maintenence requests are promptly completed by the amazing maintenence crew. We love the close proximity to Tops and Target plaza. The updated apartments and grounds are well maintained. The Hammocks are great for anyone who seeks a beautiful home without the stresses of home maintenence.
