I had an apartment here for about 6 months and overall had a really great experience. The buildings are older and I can understand that some issues can occur due to the age, but I was happy with how easy of a process it was to address any problems to maintenance and how quickly the problems were addressed everytime. For the amount of space and area of where the apartments are, the rent prices are very reasonable and all utilities except for electricity were included in the lease which I don’t see in a lot of apartments for rent in the area. The other tenants keep to themselves, never caused any issues and overall seemed friendly. Jennifer was very simple and pleasant to work with and if I ever need to rent an apartment in the southtowns again I would definitely lease another apartment here

My experience at wyterbrooks has been positive. The location is accessible to shopping, the beach, restaurants, canalside, major access routes, and more. The rental rate, especially for its location, is very affordable. The owners do their best to maintain the property during winter and summer, all seasons. Any issues with my apartment was addressed in a timely manner and they do have an emergency line for issues such as no heat, water, etc., which has been addressed generally within the hour. On site laundry is a definite plus. It is an older apartment complex so one needs to be aware issues do arise, however again, they address them once they are made aware and have permission to enter your apartment. I really have no complaints.

I unfortunately have to give these apartments an extremely low rating. I lived in the complex for 2 years, I loved my apartment. When it came time for me to leave in December 2024 due to relationship issues, they were not as on top of things as I had hoped they’d be. I explained to them a little less than a month in advance (yes I legally needed to give more notice, however my safety was at risk by continuing to live there with whom I was living with) that I would be leaving before the lease was up and that I would not be part of the renewal if my ex opted to stay. Jen acknowledged this, told me it wouldn’t be an issue, and was very helpful in helping me navigate the situation as far as the apartment went as I was young and had never done anything like that before. I think people here need to learn more on nys laws on tenants - landlord rights.I paid for October rent.I moved out October 5 . Came back on October 15 to check my mail and apt. Notice someone been in my apartment. called the office she told me Bruce has been doing prep work in my apartment ( that’s trespassing) using my electric ( that stealing). she said would give me a whole five dollars.My hot water was over 170 degrees.I think nys law says not over 125 degrees. I have grand kids that come over. Turn down never happened. I reported water damage in my bathroom from a leak upstairs apartment in January.I think they worked upstairs for a week.Nobody fixed my bathroom. It leaked again.I reported it again nobody fix my bathroom.I called in August when is someone going to fix it.Been like s

Whole process was very easy, Jenn was very friendly and communicated everything effectively. Like that there's an online portal to pay rent and maintenance requests. I had no issues. Like how they make paying electric and fios easy and they give you the numbers to call. Each unit gets a nice big storage unit which is a plus. Paying with a card for laundry is great, I don't have to scrounge for quarters. Only thing I don't like is the fixtures are kinda dated and there's a random outlet covered in my kitchen. Plus I'm not psyched about having to share laundry with others but it's not a big deal. Overall unit is nice and clean and I'm excited to move in next week!
