Lived here for 5 years, nice spacious apartments well kept. Bob with maintenance is the best maintenance guy i have ever had & i have been renting for 10+ years. He really cares & is there for you even after hours & when there are snow days. Grounds are always kept & parking lots plowed. Never any issues, thank you for 5 good years!!!

I had a problem with my dishwasher not working properly. I submitted a work request and it was responded to the same afternoon. Bob our maintenance person resolved the problem right away. There was a kink in the water line so no water was getting through. Bob fixed it very quickly and now it works great. Bob is a great worker and very pleasant and courteous. I've never had such an attentive maintenance person in the previous apartments I lived in. He and Denise make a great team and a pleasure living here.

Bradford place apartments is a great place to live. They are quiet and peaceful and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Stacey is very pleasant to talk to and is always willing to help and find solutions to any problems . Bob (maintenance) is a joy to talk to and is always quick to respond to any issue that might arise.. from the smallest job to bigger projects, he is always hard at work.

Denise and Bob have gone above and beyond to update and create a welcoming environment. I am so grateful to have called this place home! It’s quiet, clean and everyone is kind and respectful.
