I’d give them a zero if I could worse place I ever lived. Lots of drugs and police presence and this is how residents throw their garbage out I’ve complained over the past year and nothing changes . Non existent snow removal People stay here while not being on lease and nothing is ever done and they won’t cancel my lease even though I complain all the time . Run away from this complex

THE BEST PLACE EVER I LOVE IT SO MUCH THE COMMUNITY IS GREAT AND I LOVE IT HERE AND ITS THE BEST THING EVER IM CRYING HAPPY TEARS, LOVE YOU JESSICA GREAT MANAGEMENT HERE AND I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE SO MUCH I CAN TELL YOU GUYS ALL ABOUT IT SO LETS GO, THE PLAYGROUND IS AMAZING, MY KIDS LOVE IT. THE NEIGHBORS ARE SO NICE AND ITS SO QUIET AT NIGHT AND I GET THE BEST SLEEP EVER, AND THE WAY THE APARTMENTS LOOK LIKE OH MY GOODNESS SO PERFECT, THE BEST EVER AND THE RENT IS SO CHEAP I CANNOT! LOVE EVERYONE HERE!! BUT THERE IS SOME PEOPLE THAT COMPLAIN OVER NOTHING BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO GET RID OF JESSICA FOR NO REASON AT ALL, SHE IS DOING HER JOB AS A MANAGER! YALL ARE HATING ON MY POOR GIRL! SHE IS THE BEST SHE IS SO SMART WHEN IT COMES TO MANAGING THE PLACE

From the beginning of the application process all the way to signing our lease the property manager jessica was stressed but never got frustrated with me even though most people would have just told me to not even a other trying to get all my paperwork in. Jessica is very personable and is willing to go out of her way to help anyone.. I have a soon to be 4 year old who up until now has had really any peer socializing and the kids and families we have had the pleasure of meeting have all been great! The playground is a major amenity here. The gate is a pool gate where you have to be tall enough to pull the car open and closed. I am so thankful for having this chance for this to be our forever home.

I love my apartment here. Its absolutely beautiful, and the workmanship is top notch!! My neighbors have all been very welcoming and friendly!! This is a great place to be!!

Your property is beautiful. I spoke with Ray. He was very knowledgable and helpful. A very encouraging and kind person. I really appreciate because not all properties are staffed with compassionate people.
