these guys built a really good home. Really enjoy how much they know about land and land purchasing. Very highly recommend

We visited a model home in Lancaster and were very impressed. Quality of building was excellent, and the young lady showing the home was knowledgable, friendly and very helpful. The house was beautiful.

Company is building a home across the street from our home. Construction debris blowing into all the neighbors yards. Called company to give them a heads up. They were very pleasant and said they would address issue. Nothing was done. Problem has gotten worse. Town building inspector to be notified tomorrow per Towns request if company failed to clean up their mess.

Disappointed because I was very interested in pursuing possibly building with Alliance. I filled out my contact info on their site, called and sent two emails and have yet to hear back except for canned advertising emails from a sales consultant.

I always look forward to working with Alliance Homes.
