Hallmark Village Apartments

We have lived in Hallmark Village for 6 years and have no concerns or complaints! Shari, the manager, is always polite, friendly and helpful! Alex, a maintenance worker, is prompt to handle any issue. He is very kind and able to fix whatever needs fixing! He strives to ensure that you are satisfied with his work. He’s a pleasure to be around! In winter, walkways and parking lots are plowed very early in the morning. In spring and summer, the grounds are landscaped and well maintained. Hallmark Village is a safe, friendly and well maintained complex . We are happy we chose this as our home.

Alex showed up in a timely manner after I called the office. He arrived with a smile & a professional & courteous attitude. He fixed the problem here quickly & professionally, and then returned to his other assignments on the property! He’s always been very helpful, always been very friendly and he’s always been very very professional. I think he is deserving of recognition from his supervisors ! Thank You Alex ! I HATE LIVING HERE!!!!! I was shown an upper 2 bedroom apartment with a pool and central air! HOWEVER, I moved in on a Saturday and my daughters' father and his friends helped me move and they went to pick up the key and moved all my belongings in while I stayed behind with my little girls and packed the last minute stuff into my truck. My 18 yr old son calls me and tells me to remain calm but I'm in a BASEMENT apartment and there is no air conditioning and the pool will not be closed permanently!!!! Also the apartment that I was given is in the Office Building!! The neighbors are rude and crazy. The office manager pulled the bait and switch on me with the apartment showing and what she gave me!! Its my fault for signing the lease and trusting the office manager without looking at t

The crew at Hallmark Village is very professional and friendly. The maintenance of both the grounds and the inside of buildings are done on time and done correctly. The management is awesome as well.

Shari was amazing to work with and helped us find the perfect apartment for us and was quick to answer questions we had!
