The Woods at Bayview

After living here for 2 years we are sad to be leaving the beautiful apartment. We moved from Miami to Hamburg for work and this place was the best. Great open floorplan and comfortable living space. The management team is awesome. Lexi was always responsive and available to answer any questions and get maintenance requests done quickly. The team has always been respectful and couldn't ask for a better place. This beats out all other apartments in the area by far. Leaving the area for work but had I stayed, it would have been at the Woods at Bayview

Highly recommend these apartments. They are beautiful and spacious. Ownership is very attentive to when a maintenance issue arises and are always great to deal with. The location is close to highways and the Hamburg village. My fiancee and I really enjoyed our time living here.

I currently rent an apartment for my parents at The Woods at Bayview and it is an excellent place to live. The ownership and property management team are amazing! They are super responsive and take great care of the tenants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is searching for a clean, safe and well maintained apartment in Hamburg!

The Woods at Bayview are absolutely gorgeous inside and out, and the location is very convenient! The property manager is always helpful and very responsive which is hard to come by. They have off-street parking and private entrances which is a must for me. These are by far my favorite apartments in the Southtowns - you won't find anything else like them. They feel more like homes than temporary apartments.

I hit the jackpot with this place. I moved in right when they opened last year and have no plans to leave. The property manager couldn't be more accommodating and gets back to us right away whenever we have a question or maintenance request (big or small they are always on it). Beyond the hospitality, the apartments are stunning and impeccably designed. I've lived in the area for a while and I can confidently say there is truly nothing like it - would recommend to anyone.
