Chris is Amazing! Even though I live out of state, and the house I sold for my mom was in Buffalo New York, It worked out perfectly. The house sold within 10 days. I was able to do contract paperwork easily as it was sent to me to fill out and send back to him via Computer using Authentisign. I only had to travel to Buffalo one time and that was to meet Chris and show him the house. It was a very smooth easy sale.
