Horrible Company!!! They are complete scammers and will literally make up anything when you leave the property and finally move out!!! They take forever to fix the repairs and on top of that they are so messy and always talking about tenants business with other tenants. They never take accountability for the lies that they make up and they need to be reported and shut down. They are so unorganized and never go by the books and just make up the rules as they please. If you are able to stay away from this company. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY. So messy and they are very ignorant. I will never in my life live on their properties again.

We stay out here. in Aspen Point Apartments. And the manager name is Misty. We don't get no salt for this bad weather put down. You raised our rent and $75. a month. this year. And we cannot get nothing for the elderly then. handicapped people. 80 apartments.$6000 a month. No salt for the bad weather. How do we care about the people who stay here? I don't know why Denise left, but she cared about the apartments. and the people.

Tenants are trapped in the complex because they failed to salt the sidewalks and parking lot and now this place is just a ice rink. Several Tenants have fallen and the manager had the audacity to send letters out claiming if we get hurt the company is not responsible (LIES). ALSO called a Tenant/s and asked how it looks in here. We can't even get to where the garbage cans are because steps are iced. Haven't seen management or maintenance in 2 weeks!!!!

This company tried to cut a refund check to a corpse after I reported the Date of Death and afforded them a copy of the death certificate of their tenant to the Property Manager of Admiral Pointe a month ago. When I tried to return their check to their office, their office could not produce a number for their accounts payable or their controller. Sketchy operations.

I rented from Wynnefield Properties. I was at Ardsley Commons in apartment 303. I left notice I would be moving out on May 21,2024. I expected to get my deposit back as Ms. Donna was the manager at that time. I have heard she quit so I contacted Mrs. Ellen and she has supposed to contact her supervisor about my deposit. It has been 3 months since I moved out and still haven't received my deposit. This isn't what I consider good business. My name is Jean Singleton. My address is 703 E. Pacific Ave. Apartment 6. Gladewater, Texas, 75647. I would appreciate you responding to this and put my deposit of $300.00 in the mail.
