Parkview Terrace Apartments

From the first day, I have had one wonderful experience after the other and it keeps getting better. The management company has always been on their toes when it comes to maintaining the property and upgrading it as well. The landscaping is beautiful and the caring for the property really shines to excellence. I wish I had moved here sooner than a few years. The one bedroom apartment is roomy 760 sq ft and clean. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex if you wish to live in a quiet, clean and right next to the beautiful City Lake Park.

Property manager Paula is very rude and unprofessional. She removed me off the waitlist without my consent after waiting for years to try to move there. I was not able to view a unit prior before agreement which caused my app to be immediately denied due to the rushing process when my app could have been simply placed on hold until we came to agreement after viewing. They refuse to let those who are already in a lease to move in unless you break your lease without viewing their unit which makes no sense as the economy is still a mess with rent prices increasing and people having to break their lease to move when places happen to be available at that time which you have no control over.
