Courtyard Commons

MOLD BEWARE, if I could put zero stars I would. Nickel and dimmed to death, overall decent but apartment was built cheap, couldn’t fit a washer and dryer in because the room with the hookups was too small. They charge you 10 dollars to pay rent or make any payments as a transaction fee, absolutely unacceptable, avoid at all cost!

I lived in these apartments for a few months, and the maintenance is terrible. They had to come back multiple times to fix the same issues because they couldn’t get it right the first—or even the second—time. The property manager needs to stay on top of things. We’re paying for amenities and maintenance, but nothing is being handled properly.

I have been resident here at Courtyard Commons for 6 years now I enjoy living here and the coziness of my apartment. The quietness is what I enjoy the best. The grounds is always nice to look at and the convenience of City Lake Park.

I thoroughly enjoyed living here. The rooms are spacious and the community is quiet but very friendly. The grounds are always clean. Management is pretty amazing compared to previous places I've lived. Yes, I've had issues with my apartment, but I give them 5 stars just based on how quickly and efficiently they've handled my issues.

This is a very nice, quiet place to live. It is well-maintained & in close proximity to all of our needs. Management is quick to answer any questions/concerns. Definitely is a good example of Jamestown's great reputation.
