We have rented our home with The Holtzman’s for at least 5 years now. We usually rent out for 7- 10 days, in spring and fall, and it has been a positive experience. They have paired us up with awesome companies that respect our home and it has been a worthwhile experience. Patti is not all warm and fuzzy, but she is professional, very direct and honest. My family has worked with Patti Holtzman for several years, and each year she has consistently increased her operational fees without a mirrored increase in the rental value of our property.
