Keystone at James Landing

This is a wonderful place to live! The people are delightful and even the dogs, at least all the ones I have met, are sweet. The apartments are smaller than other ones I’ve lived in, but are cozy and fit all that you really need!

I am extremely disappointed with how this apartment complex handled my security deposit. I was told I would receive my refund within 30 days, yet here we are over 50 days later with no refund and no resolution. During my walk-through inspection, I was explicitly told the unit passed and was graded perfect, and that my deposit would be refunded as long as I removed a broom and dustpan, a soap bottle from the sink, and a small tackle box from the balcony — all of which I removed immediately. Despite this, I am now being charged for carpet replacement, even though I have clear photo and video proof the carpet was thoroughly cleaned before move-out. This feels misleading and dishonest, especially when expectations were clearly communicated and met. Unfortunately, I’ve since learned that two

extremely unprofessional experience, I applied at Keystone at James Landing and paid the application fee, but the experience has been terrible. SAM put me on hold for over an hour, told me multiple times that someone would call me back, and never did. When I finally tried again, I was hung up on. This is completely unprofessional and frustrating — taking people’s money but not following through or communicating properly is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on how they treat potential residents.

I love our apartment! We have no complains. They have made the process from moving out of state so stress free. I am very thankful 10/10

These apartments are very cute and beautifully built. My wife has been wanting to rent them for many years, but she always turns them down, sometimes because of the high rent and sometimes because there is no apartment on the first floor And every time we go, the girl at the reception deals with us very well. She is doing a great job. She has never been bored. We have often gone and come back even though we disliked the apartment, but she never minded. She always showed us the apartment in a good way and explained it to us
