Woodside Village Apts

Lived here for 4 years and was so sad to leave. the last few months it kept changing managers but I didn’t mind it loved it. Your neighbors mind their own business and ours was quiet during quiet hours.

We recently got new management and let me just say she is so awesome! We recently started getting flyers “monthly newsletters” which I think was the cutest thing ever and so informative! It really shows she cares for the well being of the residents as well as provided emergency number reminders. Our AC was not working recently and it was fixed within a day! Fridge went out, fixed next day! Faucet pressure was low, fixed same day! They worked with our schedule for maintenance which was stress free and communication was efficient. We had a fire some time ago and the whole row of parking stalls near the building is where my parking stall was. It without lighting for months and at some point my car was broken into. ❌❌❌Woodside Village❌❌❌ For the month of April I paid rent for 4/1-4/25 even though I was not living there because I have to give a 60 day notice as part of my lease agreement. Well the manager asked me to turn in my keys early and so I did on 4/9, we did a walk through and she said my apartment was in good shape and I would be receiving most of my deposit back. She rents out my apartment on 4/15 and told me I would be reimburse for 10 days of rent. Fast forward until today I have not received a move out statement, no deposit return, or my 10 days of rent reimbursement. I called multiple times I even called the corporate office. They just keep telling me they will call me back and never do. They don’t pick up my calls anymore. I’ve been calling them once a week. I even went back to the off

My boyfriend, our doggy, and I lived there from 2016-2018. We LOVED it. It was very quiet and a safe place to be in. Neighbors mind their own business and the apartments are cozy and spacious. Deanna is a sweetheart who cares much about her residents. I miss living there. Only reason we left was because it was time to get a home of our own. Would highly recommend.

This whole experience would not be the same without Deanna!! She has been the most accommodating and caring property manager I have ever worked with. She will make sure you feel right at home from day one and I am sure this place would not be the same without her. If I could give her a huge raise, I would! I highly recommend Woodside Village, the grounds are beautiful and it's a nice quiet community. The surrounding area feels very safe and we have loved every single day here so far!
