We are not new to home buying or selling but Michael Herbert is the best realtor we’ve used. He listed and sold my father’s property quickly and without issues. What I mostly appreciated about Michael is how kind he was in including my elderly father in discussions. He patiently listened to my father’s input, explained the comps and sale process, then provided his recommendation for a fair listing price. My father was pleased to be included and with the overall process of the sale. Michael is not one of those pushy salesmen but is instead a very honest and likable guy.
